Over and over, we see brands missing out on innovation opportunities and losing to smaller competitors that are able to meet changing consumer needs.

Why is this happening? Often, our frame of reference for brand equity measurement and innovation is led by ‘traditional’ category definitions and brand sets.

Using Artificial Intelligence, we can finally break away from traditional category definitions and explore the jobs to be done for brands from a  consumer point of view.
